Wrestling for boys and girls are held at Nicollet Middle School. Practices will teach fundamentals as well as advanced wrestling techniques to prepare wrestlers for competition. Middle School wrestling is the next step in the process towards wrestling for the BHS Blaze Wrestling Team and beyond. Wrestlers learn the importance of self-respect, self-confidence, the value of hard work and that goals can be achieved through dedication and perseverance. Participants will gain strength, agility, balance and the life skills necessary to be successful.
